This citizen centric service is accessible to the common citizens in his locality through Internet, Common Service Centres “Arunodoy Kendra” and Public Facilitation Centres (PFCs) at DC, SDO & Circle Offices. Citizens at Village-level can access the service through CSCs. This certificate is dully digitally signed and can be verified online at http://edistrict.assam.gov.in/ .

Documents required to get Permission for Delayed Death Registration are -

  • Death Online Application Form and Death Report Form
  • Gaon Burah/Ward Commissioner Certificate
  • Doctor's Certificate regarding Death
  • Affidavit duly signed by the Magistrate if delayed for more than one year
  • NRC Legacy Data (1951/1965/1966/1971) along with Linkage Certificate
  • Land Revenue Receipt upto date
  • Current Voter certified copy of e-Roll
  • Other Documents (If any)
