This citizen centric service is accessible to the common citizens in his locality through Internet, Common Service Centres “Arunodoy Kendra” and Public Facilitation Centres (PFCs) at DC, SDO & Circle Offices. Citizens at Village-level can access the service through CSCs. This certificate is dully digitally signed and can be verified online at http://edistrict.assam.gov.in/ .
Documents required to get Permission for Delayed Birth Registration are -
- Birth Online Application Form and Birth Report Form
- Gaon Burah/Ward Commissioner Certificate
- Doctor's Certificate regarding Birth
- School Certificate with Counter Signature (For Age 6 year above) Admit Card- HSLC
- Affidavit duly signed by the Magistrate if delayed for more than one year
- NRC Legacy Data (1951/1965/1966/1971) along with Linkage Certificate
- Land Revenue Receipt upto date
- Current Certificate copy of Electoral Roll
- Other Documents (If any)
