During 2019-2020, 3 nos. illegal Band Saw Mill have been dismantled and during 2020-21 (till Oct/2020) total 5 nos. illegal Band Saw Mill have been dismantled under Sonitpur West Division, Tezpur.
Creation of 12.0 Ha. Site Specific Plantation at Balipara R.F. against diversion of 6.0 Ha. Reserve Forest land.
Establishment of Sahitya Manishi Udyan at Dharikati under Balipara R.F. to conserve the various extinct indigenous species of trees, herbs, shrubs, medicinal plants, cane, bamboo, orchid etc. under the proposition, guidance and support of State CAMPA with the aims to revive indigenous forest species of the state of Assam.
